Straight answer: the yard is under construction and you cannot park a truck here today. We're not publishing an opening date, because construction dates slip and we'd rather not be the company that promised you a spot for the 1st and handed you a gravel pile.

How much does it cost to rent a truck parking spot?

What's the difference between renting a spot and monthly parking?
Renting means the space is dedicated to you — a numbered spot that stays yours whether your truck is in it or not. Monthly is the billing term. Most renters pay monthly, but you can also rent a spot on a longer block, and you can pay monthly without a dedicated space if you'd rather take whatever's open.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Rentals run month-to-month. Give us notice and you're done. Fleets that want a rate locked for a year can ask for that, but nobody is required to.
Can I rent a spot for just a trailer?

You can pre-book one. The yard is under construction and we're not going to give you an opening date we can't stand behind.
