Are the spots dedicated to our fleet?
Yes. Fleet spots are numbered and assigned, so a driver rolling in at 2 a.m. isn't hunting for whatever's open. Fleets can also rent a contiguous block — a full row — so your equipment sits together.
Can we mix tractors, trailers, and box trucks on one account?
Yes, and most fleets do. Tractors, day cabs, dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, chassis, and box trucks all park in the same yard under one agreement and one invoice.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Fleet agreements run month-to-month by default. If you'd rather lock a rate for a longer term, we'll do that — but it's your choice, not a requirement.
