    Our Story

A locally invested owner — not an out-of-state operator

CRUMS Parking is founded and owned by Eric Bledsoe and the Bledsoe family. Eric spent 11 years as a professional point guard in the NBA before returning full-time to South Texas to invest in the community he grew up around. Today he focuses on Texas-owned commercial-vehicle businesses — the kind of infrastructure that keeps trucks moving and drivers safe.

That local ownership matters. When you park at CRUMS, you're doing business with a Texas family who lives here, hires here, and answers the phone here — not a private-equity roll-up operating a lot from a spreadsheet in another state.

    The CRUMS Family

Sister to CRUMS Leasing — same team, same standards

CRUMS Parking is the sister brand to CRUMS Leasing, a Texas commercial truck leasing company that's spent years helping owner-operators and fleets keep their wheels turning. Parking was the natural next step — the same customers were asking us where to safely leave their rig between loads. We built the yard we wished existed.

One family of companies also means one relationship. Existing CRUMS Leasing customers can layer on the CRUMS Leasing Fleet Fuel Card for discounted diesel and IFTA reporting alongside their parking — one team to call, one team accountable.

    Security-First Operator

    Inspection-ready specs, not marketing adjectives

We built this yard for the way real trucks and real fleets operate. Every driver who pulls in gets the same baseline: a 24/7 gated entry, HD perimeter cameras covering the full lot, full-yard lighting, and a paved surface sized for 53ft rigs with room to turn. Someone from our team is on-site during business hours; the cameras and gate cover the rest.

Fleet compliance teams can pull the full specification sheet from our security & amenities page — it's written to answer the questions insurers and safety directors actually ask.

    What We Don't Do

    Honest boundaries build trust

CRUMS Parking is a parking and storage yard — not a truck stop. We don't sell fuel on-site, we don't have showers, and there's no restaurant or convenience store. What you get is security, space, and 24/7 access to your rig.

Setting that expectation up front is more useful than discovering it in a review. When drivers want a full truck-stop experience they already know where to go; when they want a secure place to park, drop a trailer, or store a rig long-term, that's what we do — see our full services and rates, or reserve a spot directly.

    Why Pleasanton

Positioned for San Antonio freight, not stuck in it

The yard sits at 6785 FM1784, Pleasanton, TX 78064 — close enough to run loads through I-10, I-35, and Loop 410/1604, far enough from central San Antonio to avoid the parking bans, gridlock, and shrinking industrial acreage that keep pushing truck parking out of urban cores.

Pleasanton gives us three things San Antonio proper can't: land that's actually sized for tractor-trailers, a business-friendly tax environment, and easy freight-corridor access. That's why our fleet operators and long-haul drivers keep coming back — the location works for how trucks actually move.
