The terms that govern your use of CRUMS Parking.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRUMS Parking website, reservations, and parking and storage services in Pleasanton and San Antonio, Texas. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CRUMS Parking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, all posted lot rules, and applicable federal, state, and local laws. You will not use the lot for vehicle repair work beyond minor maintenance, fuel storage, hazardous materials handling outside of standard freight operations, or any activity that interferes with other customers.
Reservations and Payments
Reservations are confirmed when payment is received and a spot is assigned. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are billed in advance. Rates and availability are subject to change. Unpaid accounts may result in your vehicle being removed from the lot at your expense in accordance with Texas law.
SMS Messaging
If you opt in to SMS messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your phone number and SMS consent.
Liability for Stored Property
CRUMS Parking provides a parking and storage space only; we are not a bailee of your vehicle, trailer, or its contents. You are responsible for locking your vehicle and insuring your equipment and cargo. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRUMS Parking is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage, or any loss to vehicles, trailers, cargo, or personal property left on the premises.
Limitation of Liability
CRUMS Parking is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost loads, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service period in which the claim arose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County or Atascosa County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
