    SMS / Text Messaging

    CRUMS Parking collects mobile phone numbers and SMS consent from web forms when you choose to opt in. We use your number to send transactional and service-related text messages such as reservation confirmations, lot availability and updates, invoice and renewal reminders, and follow-ups after a call with our automated assistant at the cadence you have consented to.

    No third-party sharing. Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and any other data tied to your SMS consent are never sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share this data with third parties under any circumstances except (a) sub-processors we use to deliver the messages (e.g., Twilio) under a data-processing agreement, or (b) when required by law.

    Message frequency varies by use case. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages, and you can reply HELP for help.
